All Unguided MiniTours include:

There is no guide, so you can depart when you choose and go at your own pace without a group, follow the map, and arrive for a group lunch with other Americaders. All mileages shown are total round-trip. All Americade Activities run rain or shine.

ImageLakeside Ramble: Appreciate the beauty of Lake George from the western shore. Enjoy a cuppa coffee at a lakeside park enroute. Watch the river rapids as Lake George tumbles down toward Lake Champlain. A wonderful lunch buffet will await you in historic Ticonderoga, including chicken cacciatore, vegetarian lasagna and more. Return via the same path for a short ride (79 miles r-t) or extend your ride a little longer and discover more of the Adirondack countryside. 94 miles round trip.

Mountain &/or Market: Ride up the USA’s steepest paved toll road (special MiniTour discounted rate: $5/bike) over 5 miles to the top of Mt. Equinox for an amazing view! Your co-rider has the choice of riding up this steep mountain with you or enjoying 2 hours of shopping with other minitourers in the nearby quaint town of Manchester, VT. You can choose whichever suits you or your passenger the best, or do it all.

The scrumptious lunch buffet (at the restaurant which doubles as the passenger drop-off spot) includes: orange maple syrup glazed ham, mesquite marinated chicken breast, penne pasta vodka and much more. 130 miles round trip. Don't miss this one. Tuesday & Thursday only.

ImageRaquette Lake Scenic Boat: You’ll head Northwest on a long ride through the beautiful Adirondacks to a scenic noontime cruise aboard the SS Durant, on peaceful Raquette Lake, past the Great Camps of the rich ‘n famous. The on-board, walnut paneled dining room matches the elegant lunch served on china plates, which includes beef strogonoff over egg noodles and more.
