3 Course Dinner

These 3-course dinners are served at the Americade Headquarters in Roaring Brook Ranch’s main dining room. Here the atmosphere is relaxing, ideal for getting together with friends.

You’ll enjoy your choice of delicious Roast Sirloin of Beef Au Jus, Chicken Marsala, or Tortellini Primavera, rolls, salad, baked potato/rice, vegetables, and dessert. Coffee, tea or soda are your beverage choices.

Wednesday's dinner is sponsored by the Red Knights. Enjoy an evening with your brothers.  Dinner is served 5-7pm.

NEW - Thursday Country Music Night ! This is an exciting evening of country music and line dancing. You can kick up your heels on the dance floor or tap your feet at your seat. Dinner has two seatings, 6pm and 7pm. Dancing from 6pm -10pm.
